I’m Catherine, and I’m not just a dietitian - I'm a dedicated advocate for those who've fought the same battles I once faced. If you're here, it's likely you've felt the weight of diet culture, too.
I struggled with dieting and poor body image for most of my teenage years. Behind closed doors, I engaged in sneak eating, body-checking, overexercising, and under-fueling my body.
Why? Because I believed the lie that I needed to fit into society's narrow-minded beauty standards in order to be worthy and valued.

After going to school for nutrition and becoming a dietitian, I let myself go… of diet culture. In transforming my relationship with food, exercise, and my body, I transitioned from a place of self-criticism to one of self-love.
